4. In the bowl, mix together the water and the drink mix. Add the cracked eggs.
5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one day.
6. Take the eggs out of the water and peel. They look like dinosaur eggs!

Original poem
This chant is based on the book, We're Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen. Everyone sits
in a circle. Establish a rhythm by clapping hands. Start the chant and have the children repeat
each line after you.
Going on a Dino Egg Hunt

Going on a dino egg hunt! (repeat)
Going on a dino egg hunt (repeat)
Gonna find a big one! (repeat)
Oh look! (repeat)
What's that ahead? (repeat)
A swamp! (repeat)
Better go right through it. (repeat)
Squish, squish, squish, squish.
(Repeat chorus)
Oh, look! (repeat)
What's that ahead? (repeat)
A hot desert! (repeat)
Better go right through it! (repeat)
Pant, pant, pant, pant.
(Repeat chorus)
Oh, look! (repeat)
What's that ahead? (repeat)
An ocean! (repeat)
Better go right through it! (repeat)
Splash, splash, splash, splash.
(repeat chorus)
Oh look! (repeat)

(repeat chorus)
But look! (repeat)
What's that ahead? (repeat)
A nest! (repeat)
But whose nest? (repeat)
An egg! (repeat)
But whose egg?
Tyrannosaurus Rex! Run!
Aaaaaaaaaaaagh!
Back through the grassland (repeat)
Back through the ocean (repeat)
Back through the hot desert (repeat)
Back through the swamp (repeat)
Back home again (repeat)
