Paper plates
Markers or crayons
Collage wool, pompoms, googly eyes, and other collage materials
Glue
Large craft sticks
Instructions
1. This is a great, inexpensive way to put handles onto paint sponges, which will
allow children to handle the sponges easier.
2. Plug in a hot glue gun (adult only). Make sure it is out of the reach of any children.
3. Wash and dry the soda caps.
4. Put a generous amount of hot glue in the middle of a sponge (adult only).
5. Press a cap into the glue on the sponge (top of the cap facing down).
6. Allow the glue to dry before painting with the sponge.
