Cynthia Catlin has served as a director, trainer, professor, and mentor. With a Master's Degree in early childhood education, Cynthia has worked in the early childhood field since 1980. She has 10 years experience as a classroom teacher of infants and toddlers and over 16 years experience as an administrator. Presently, Cynthia is the director of an NAEYC-accredited program with 110 children and a staff of 16. She also has been an adjunct professor in a child development department for the past six years. Cynthia has presented training sessions on numerous topics at the local, state, and national level since the early 1980s. She also presents workshops for teachers and directors and has facilitated a monthly directors' support group.
